TERMS & POLICY AGREEMENT

This are the terms and policies of this establishment. Is important that you are aware of the rules that are written on this agreement.

LIST OF RULES:

• Package or service provided to me expires within 90 days. After 90 days the money is not refundable.
• No cancellation of driving lesson on the same day, notify the school 24 HOURS before or otherwise I will LOSE the lesson. In order to recover the lesson I will have to pay a $20 recovery fee.
• Arriving late ( MINUTES ) to the driving lesson will be deducted from my lesson.
• No cancellation of road test on the same day. You must notify the school 48 HOURS to cancel otherwise you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee in order to reschedule road test appointments.
• Cell phones must be turned OFF when taking a driving lesson. Cell phones are prohibited.
• Keep the receipt of payment as proof of purchase, with no receipt there will be NO REFUND.
• YOU must bring your Valid New York State driver's permit to each driving lesson, if failed to do so your lesson will be automatically cancelled.
